MARIA ROMA RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Maria Roma products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at firstglitterus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
